Calar was living on the street in the Contraviesa. She suffered very advanced Leishmaniasis with all you can imagine - skin and bones.

This is her after the first week, - intensive care is over, wounds clean and she started standing up a bit...

 after 4 weeks she started walking again...

...after 6 months of treatment, good food and loads of TLC. She was about 5/6 years old, when I found her. We had more than 6 years of fun and adventures together!
